• • Evaluates the activity of the brainstem and auditory nerve in response to sounds. useful for people who can’t respond and for infants.

• OAE (Oto-Acoustic Emissions) Test:

• • Measures the sounds that the cochlea’s hair cells produce in response to external stimuli to determine how healthy it is. Often used for hearing screening, especially in newborns.
